Terms & Conditions

Entry & Eligibility. Please be prepared to remove shoes or wear provided shoe covers. This is a private, in-home estate sale. Entry is limited to adult buyers only (~16+). No children are permitted on the premises.

Sales Are Final. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

Payment. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay only. No checks, credit cards, or other payment methods will be accepted. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

No Holds. Items will not be held or reserved unless arrangements have been made through a scheduled pre-sale appointment. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Removal & Loading. Buyers are solely responsible for loading and transporting all purchased items. No moving assistance, packing materials, or delivery service is available on site. Please bring your own vehicle, equipment, and help as needed.

Assumption of Risk. Buyers enter the home and handle merchandise at their own risk. The seller and sale organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that occurs on the premises or during item removal.

No Early Entry. Early birds are not permitted without a scheduled pre-sale appointment. Sale hours will be strictly observed.

Conduct. Buyers are expected to treat the home and its contents with care and respect. The seller reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at their discretion.

Pricing. All prices are as marked. The seller reserves the right to accept or decline any offer.
