FREE ESTATE SALE
Sep 2
4pm to 7pmTerms & Conditions
No early birds. We don't sell early and we don't share prices before the sale. Everything happens in person, at the sale, not by phone, text, or online.
Park like a neighbor. Legal spots only. No blocking driveways or mailboxes. No parking on the grass.
Inside the home: No food, drink, or pets. Service animals always welcome. No public restroom.
Sold stickers = a commitment to buy. Ours only. A valid sticker has a legible name and phone number. Don't bring your own, and don't peel one off another item.
Haul your own. Buyers move their own purchases — bring help and tools. We don't provide moving muscle.
Not our liability. Neither Next Chapter nor the property owner is responsible for accidents or injuries. Break it, buy it, damage means you own it at full price.
We're watching. Theft is prosecuted. Cameras are rolling.
About item questions: Prices are fair, and we're glad to show you how we shop. What we won't do is field individual messages on the price, size, or condition of specific pieces, we move thousands of items a week and availability shifts by the hour. Nothing beats seeing it in person. Repeat inquiries get ignored, and possibly blocked.
The drive and the line aren't always convenient, and we're grateful to the hundreds of you who show up anyway. See you at the sale.
