2. Mandatory Load-Out: ONE-DAY LOAD OUT ON TUESDAY ONLY! THIS PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD ON WEDNESDAY SO YOU MUST PICKUP TUESDAY! Payment & pickup is by appointment on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM on location at 2733 8th Ave. Garden City, CO 80631.
3. Payment Methods: Cash up to $5000, Bank Wire, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa up to $2500 are accepted payments. If you have any questions about the payment terms call our office at 970-454-1010. We are easy to work with but work hard to prevent fraud.
4. Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
5. Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
6. Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $10.00 per lot/per day storage charge.
7. Failure to Pay for Vehicle: Vehicles not paid for in full on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 by 4:00 PM will have a storage and handling fee of $250 per day, per vehicle added to the invoice. Towing fees may also apply.

📦 Shipping Information

1. LOCAL PICKUP PREFERRED: This auction is primarily a local pickup event due to the size and weight of the industrial equipment.
2. SMALL ITEMS ONLY: We offer shipping ONLY for small, hand-carried items. We will ship these items basically anywhere at the Buyer’s Expense.
3. NO SHIPPING ON LARGE ASSETS: We WILL NOT ship large items. Buyers are responsible for the removal and transport of all large equipment.
4. Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
5. Get a Quote: Concerned about rates? We strongly encourage you to request a shipping quote prior to bidding. Email info@whitleyauction.com
6. Vehicles: If you want a vehicle shipped, we will work with you to arrange transportation at your cost. It still must be paid for on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
