* Bidders are responsible for determining the condition, authenticity, age, and value of items before bidding.
* Payment is due at the close of the auction.
* Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, moving equipment, and tools for loading and disassembling purchased items.
* Large or heavy items must be removed by the buyer. Rust & Revival Estate Sales staff are unable to assist with carrying or loading large items.
* Buyers purchasing large furniture or appliances must bring appropriate vehicles and manpower for removal.
* Any item requiring disassembly must be disassembled by the buyer during pickup. Please bring necessary tools.
* Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time may be considered abandoned without refund unless prior arrangements have been approved.
* Please use caution while removing items from the property. Buyers assume all responsibility for injury or damage caused during pickup/removal.
* Rust & Revival Estate Sales LLC and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages on the premises.
* Pickup location details will be provided to winning bidders after the auction closes.
