AUCTION TERMS
Welcome and thank you for looking at our auction. Please be sure to read the entire item description. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of the items so you know exactly what you are receiving however, many items sold are antique, vintage or used and you should expect signs of wear consistent with age. We do not officially appraise or authenticate items or provide warranties unless it is stated in the description. If an item has a COA we will photograph it with the item.
BIDDING
Before placing a bid you must register with auction ninja. An18% buyers premium and tax will be added to all winning bids. We encourage you to ask questions prior to bidding on items. We can not retract your bid once it is placed.
ABANDONED PROPERTY
Any items not picked up during the specified pick up times will be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
