Please Bring Help  and the proper sized vehicle to load larger items, auction staff are not able to help. All items in lot must be taken with you. NO CHERRY PICKING PLEASE. Disposal of unwanted items in a multiple item lot is the buyers responsibility.

When arriving for pick up please pull into the front parking lot of the Extra Space Storage Facility and text David at 805-444-4069. Please stay in your car and do not bother the Extra Space Storage Staff. David will come out and lead you through the gate. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE GATES.

Returns:
•Broken or Non-Functioning Items may be returned within 72 hours. Please contact David at 805-444-4069 as soon as possible.

This auction consists of mostly Pre-Owned items in varying used condition. Please check the photos and read descriptions for details on condition. Some of the items are in new or open box condition and will be listed as so, please read below for items in Open Box Condition.

•Open Box Items: Open box items may occasionally be missing screws, nuts, or small parts. We do not accept returns for open box or pre-owned items. These items are sold at a discount due to their open-box status and all sales are final. Buyers are responsible for acquiring any missing small parts needed for assembly. Most parts can be purchased from any hardware store.
