Numbered Tickets will be handed out on the first day of the sale starting 2 hours before we open. These numbered tickets are you place in line, so don't just leave your bag - make sure you get a ticket before heading back to your car, going to breakfast, etc. We will likely have to limit the number of shoppers we can let in the house at the beginning of the sale, so please be patient if you're not right at the front of the line.

All Sales are Final. We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards - but no checks. We are not responsible for accidents, so please be careful.

The sale is in a townhome, so please be considerate of the neighbors and don't park in a way that will block access to any garages. We are not responsible for any consequences if you park somewhere you're not allowed to.

We are not able to assist in moving or loading any items you purchase, so please bring your own help if needed. We will gladly work with you if you need to arrange picking up larger items outside of sale hours or on another day.

We have some boxes, bags, and packing paper for your use, BUT not nearly enough for all the items in the home, so please bring your own boxes and packing materials, especially if you plan to buy dishes.

We test all Appliances, Electronics, Stereo Equipment, Power Tools, etc to the best of our ability and discard (or mark "For Parts") any items that clearly don't function.

We have stuff for the guys too. Fishing equipment, tools and hardware, vinyl records, vintage speakers, Bose radios and headphones, even a Beltuna Piano Accordion.

And don't get me started on the collectible tableware. We've got practically every antique, vintage, and modern teapot, teacup, creamer, sugar, serving dish, and platter ever made.
