Parking is available on side streets. Driveway reserved for loading only. Please be considerate of neighbors follow HOA covenants.

Day of sale: We will hand out numbers starting at 8:30. Your number is good as long as you are in line when the sale opens. Doors open to the first 20 people at 9 am. We will stagger the number of people who can enter at a time as staff sees fit. If you are not in line WHEN your number is called then you must go to the end of the line and your number is no longer valid. Depending on the flow as the day progresses, we may or may not require the number system. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Most items will be tagged, or SKU'd. If there is no scan code, or price, start a pile and the estate host will give you a price or bundle total on a ticket. Take that ticket to the cashier along with any SKU coded items you have selected. We hope the SKU system will help speed up the checkout process for everyone.

Please bring your own boxes and packing material.

Large bags must be left outside.

Please make your own arrangements for moving your purchases, and loading large items.

We are not responsible for accidents while moving, or any other reason while at the sale.
