Uncle Benny's Building Supplies Huge Inventory Reduction Sale - PART 1

Part 1 - A walk through preview for items in this auction is available upon request. We will be scheduling preview times on Sunday. November 16th in the morning and afternoon before the auction starts to close at 5:30pm on Sunday. Please contact Barrett at 970-702-3194 to schedule a preview time. We will be offering 3 pick up dates for this auction. We know that we will have out of town customers travelling here to Colorado for the preview and end of the auction so we shall be accommodating with a limited amount of scheduled pick up times on Monday, November 17th. We will also have a limited amount of scheduled pick up time available for Friday, November 21st. Please contact us to schedule either of these early pick up dates or scheduling for the Monday, November 17th pick up will be available at the preview.
Regular pick up time will be as follows:
Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING only on smaller items that have been designated as SHIPPING AVAILABLE in the item listing. A small box icon is shown in the upper right hand corner of the main picture on the item listing if shipping is available on that item. Also it will say SHIPPING AVAILABLE above the BID NOW button if shipping is available.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
on Sunday, November 23rd in Loveland , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. Do not bid if you are unable to make the pick up time and date. Given the complexity on some of the larger items and size of this auction we will be able to accommodate early pick up times outside of the two dates listed with prior communication so please contact us with any pick up date issues. There will be skid-steer loaders on site and help in loading items some of the larger items on site for this sale. We will have additional manpower on site to help with loading. All items that are electric powered with cords have been tested as powering on unless otherwise noted in the item description. Abandoned items not picked up shall be charged a $25-$100 fee per item depending on size of items within your order. This fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card on file if you abandon and do not pick up the items you have purchased.

SHIPPING items must be listed as SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. If an order is worth more than $100 additional insurance shall be purchased to cover the value of the order. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
