NES Estate Sales – Buyer Terms & Conditions
By entering this sale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. All Items Sold As-Is
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, no guarantees, and no refunds.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.
2. All Sales Are Final
Once an item is purchased, the sale is final. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments will be made.
3. Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment will be posted at the sale. NES Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse any payment method at its discretion.
4. Holding & Pickup
Items must be paid in full before being removed or held.
All purchased items must be removed from the property by the posted pickup deadline.
NES Estate Sales is not responsible for items left behind after closing.
5. No Early Entry / Line Policy
Buyers must wait for the sale to open at the posted time. Entry numbers or sign-in procedures may be used at certain sales.
6. Respect the Property
Buyers enter the property at their own risk.
NES Estate Sales is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property.
7. Theft & Misconduct
Any theft, price switching, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the sale and may involve law enforcement.
8. Large Items & Moving
Buyers are responsible for bringing help and equipment to load large or heavy items.
NES Estate Sales staff cannot assist with moving or lifting.
9. Pricing
Prices are firm unless otherwise stated. No haggling during the first hour (or whatever rule you choose—just let me know if you want to add/remove this).
10. Photography & Video
NES Estate Sales may record or photograph the sale for security or marketing. By entering, you consent to possible inclusion.
