1. General Information

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties expressed or implied.

Prices are negotiable unless otherwise marked

2. Payment

Accepted forms of payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle, checks

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring funds are valid; returned checks will be subject to additional fees.

3. Entry & Access

Entry to the estate sale is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The estate owner/representatives reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at their discretion.

4. Item Condition

Every effort has been made to describe items accurately; however, no guarantees are made regarding authenticity, condition, or completeness.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchase.

5. Removal of Purchases

All items must be removed by the buyer on the day of purchase unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Buyers are responsible for providing their own packing materials, tools, and labor for removal.

Large items must be removed without damaging the property; buyers will be held liable for any damage caused during removal.

6. Liability

Entry onto the property is at the buyer’s own risk.

The estate owner, family, and/or estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

7. Holding Items

Items may be held for a short period while the buyer continues shopping; however, they must be paid for promptly.

8. Prohibited Actions

No early entry prior to the posted opening time.

9. Disputes

In the event of disputes over an item, the estate representatives’ decision is final.
