All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. There is no warranty whatsoever on any electronics . Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. Even if it says it works none of these items have been repaired, serviced or restored and because of the age of things we can not guarantee any functionality. Any accessories such as power cords, cables, boxes, etc. will be in the description or the picture. If it is not in the picture or the written description then it does not come with it. Please read descriptions before bidding as there are no returns. The rule of the auction is you bid on it, you buy it and YOU OWN IT.
SOME ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items like Power Amplifiers, Large Receivers, Speakers and Large Reel to Reel units will not be shipped because of the weight. Delicate items like turntables will also not be shipped. We just had a winning bidder freak out because of cost of shipping a receiver and he put us through hell so one guy ruined it for everyone. Thanks John.
Electric City Auctions does not ship and we use a third party shipping company. You must make your own arrangements and follow these

If you do not contact our shipping company within 72 hours you may forfeit your purchase. We deliver items to the shipping company on the fourth business day after the auction end.

shipping can be expensive so know what you’re getting into.

Name, and Lot # you are interested in as well as your location. They will provide a packing and
shipping quote and we will deliver items to them.
You may use a different Packing and Shipping Company but they must be able and willing to
retrieve your item(s) from Electric City Auctions.
Once at the shippers Electric City Auctions is not responsible for your purchase.

NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday July 31st through Saturday August 2nd between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.
IMPORTANT...Our phone is a land line, the old school kind, and we CAN NOT receive text messages. To contact us by phone you will have to dial our number and talk to us. If you do not know how to do this ask a person older than you for assistance.

This auction features a lot of audio equipment from all kinds of different sources and all local. Some are on consignment from people who have too much audio gear or are downsizing or who happen to just find them in the back of the closet and just want them gone. Maybe they inherited them from a relative and have no interest in getting them fixed up. There is also some of the Electric City hoard in here. Abandoned customer units and projects we are never going to get to. So let's go and remember, you can never have too much vintage audio. Unless you are Electric City. Then yes, you can have too much and have to run auctions.
