All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. All sales are final. We try to include any flaws in the descriptions, but sometimes things are missed. Please examine photos carefully if you are concerned about the condition of an item. Any accessories such as hardware, power cords, instruction manuals, items as part of a set, etc. will be in the description or the picture. If it is not in the picture or the written description then it does not come with it. Please read descriptions before bidding as there are NO RETURNS on any items. The rule of the auction is you bid on it, you buy it and YOU OWN IT.

SOME ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items like furniture will not be shipped because of the weight. Delicate items like some glassware will also not be shipped. We just had a winning bidder freak out because of cost of shipping a receiver and he put us through hell so one guy ruined it for everyone. Thanks John.
Electric City Auctions does not ship and we use a third party shipping company. You must make your own arrangements and follow these
instructions below:
Within 72 hours of winning please contact:

And send them a copy of the invoice from Auction Ninja for your items that you won.
If you do not contact our shipping company within 72 hours you may forfeit your purchase. We deliver items to the shipping company on the fourth business day after the auction ends.
Electric City Auctions encourages you to contact Unique Packaging and Shipping prior to
bidding on an item. This will help you understand full scope of cost ahead of time. Remember,
shipping can be expensive so know what you’re getting into.
You may contact Unique Packaging and Shipping, give them Electric City Auctions, Auction
Name, and Lot # you are interested in as well as your location. They will provide a packing and
shipping quote and we will deliver items to them.
You may use a different Packing and Shipping Company but they must be able and willing to
retrieve your item(s) from Electric City Auctions.
Once at the shippers Electric City Auctions is not responsible for your purchase.
Electric City Auctions does not ship and has no control over costs. Electric City Auctions does
NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before
bidding. If you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping you may forfeit your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items
cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of
your purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday August 21st through Saturday August 23rd between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

Some large or heavy items are pictured sitting on a furniture dolly. The dolly does not come with the item, it is simply there to save our backs while photographing the item. Should you be the lucky winner of one of these items, be prepared to leave our wheels behind (i.e. bring your own dolly, or a friend to help you lift).

Sometimes we use a can of Coke to show the size of the item. That does not mean that you get the can of Coke with the item. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures. Sorry.
