All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. If an item has a COA, LOA or certification it will be noted in the description. We are not autograph experts and our opinion of them is not a certification. These are being sold for a client and we do not own these items and make no claim of authenticity since we did not see the autographs actually being signed. We describe these as they are in our possession.
There are absolutely no returns on any items for any reason so know what you are bidding on before you bid. You are encouraged to do your own research and use your best judgement. The rule of the auction is you bid on it, you buy it and YOU OWN IT.

MOST ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items and large items will not be shipped because of the weight and these say No Shipping in the title. Delicate items will also not be shipped. We are shipping after the third business day after the end of the auction and we will charge the card on file for shipping and packing and we will send to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us and tell us otherwise.
Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee. Multiple items under 5lbs may be up to an additional $10 each and that is up to our discretion. If it's difficult to pack for safe shipping it will be more but if it's easy to combine items it will be less. We try to be as cost effective as possible.
Items over 5 lbs, large items and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual postage plus $25 packing fee. These include fragile items and large items like framed pictures over 14 inches. We typically can not combine items like this in the same package and will charge a $25 packing fee per item.
Electric City Auctions does NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before bidding. If you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping you may forfeit your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of your purchase.
If you wish to use a FedEx or UPS Account for packing and shipping we would be willing to deliver items to the nearest FedEx or UPS Store.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday October 2nd through Saturday October 4th between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

Sometimes we use a can of Coke to show the size of the item. That does not mean that you get the can of Coke with the item. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures. Sorry.
