All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. There is no warranty whatsoever on any electronics . Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. Even if it says it works none of these items have been repaired, serviced or restored and because of the age of things we can not guarantee any functionality. Any accessories such as power cords, cables, boxes, etc. will be in the description or the picture. If it is not in the picture or the written description then it does not come with it. MANY items that have a hard drive have had the drive removed. This was done in a professional manor and all hardware for drive re-install was left in place. Any items with hard drives removed will have that noted in the description. Please read descriptions before bidding as there are no returns. The rule of the auction is you bid on it, you buy it and YOU OWN IT.

MOST ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items will not be shipped because of the weight. Delicate items will also not be shipped. If you select shipping we will start shipping after the third business day after the end of the auction and we will charge the card on file for shipping and packing. We will send to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us and tell us otherwise.
Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee. Multiple items under 5lbs may be up to an additional $10 each and that is up to our discretion. If it's difficult to pack for safe shipping it will be more but if it's easy to combine items it will be less. We try to be as cost effective as possible.
Items over 5 lbs and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual postage plus $25 packing fee. These include fragile items, large items and electronics. We typically can not combine items like this in the same package and will charge a $25 packing fee per item.
Electric City Auctions does NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before bidding. If you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping you may forfeit your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of your purchase.
If you wish to use a FedEx or UPS Account for packing and shipping we would be willing to deliver items to the nearest FedEx or UPS Store.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Tuesday December 9th through Saturday December 13th between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

Sometimes we use a can of Coke to show the size of the item. That does not mean that you get the can of Coke with the item. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures. Sorry.
