ESTATE SALE MYSTIC, CT WATERFRONT HOME SAT. JAN. 17th from 9am-3pm

A sign-up sheet will be placed at the front door of the house at 7:00 AM on the morning of the sale (Saturday). This will be the only official sign-up sheet; no others will be recognized. Parking is available only at the start of the driveway at the bottom of the hill, and customers should be prepared to walk up the driveway to the house. An attendant will be on site to help guide shoppers, but please note that it is a bit of a distance, so plan on wearing comfortable walking shoes. Be sure to bring help to load large or heavy items, as staff cannot assist with loading. The estate sale company is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Please park carefully where instructed and be considerate of the neighbors. Do not block neighbors' mailboxes! No more than 25 people, including estate sales staff, will be allowed in the house.

We do not give out pricing prior to the sale dates

Bring your help to move or load large items.

Possible delivery (fee based).

Not Responsible for Accidents or lost items.

Staff & Cashiers are not responsible for holding unpaid items.

There are no public restrooms.
