Please bring appropriate muscle power (not people with bad backs as your help), proper vehicles, and packing supplies especially paper and bubble wrap for fragile items and straps and blankets when picking up larger treasures. While we at Best Treasures make every effort to list any flaws, defects, or repairs, many of the items are in used condition, although there are quite a few items in this auction that are reasonably new or barely used. All items whether new or used are sold in As In Condition. All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason.
If you plan to come with a truck, trailer, or large moving van please call auction manger to make arrangements. especially when picking up large furniture pieces. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Shipping is available for smaller items. $18.00 plus postage per box. please text auction manager to make sure item is ok for shipping before you bid .
Please Park on the road between cones and be mindful of the neighbor's property,Aall items are on the main floor level and easy to access.

Most items are two years and less and have been used to fill a home that has only been lived in for one year! Downsizing and lifestyle changes bring about another life chapter beginning. This beautiful home is so clean and well staged and maintained that it's no wonder it sold while only one day on the market!

Special Instructions

Please bring packing materials and tools in case your furniture pieces need to be disassembled. We can't stress enough that you bring appropriate muscle power and not people with bad backs. Also bring appropriate vehicles to pick up your treasures. Please be careful when driving on the driveway not to damage lawn. Parking is available on the road. please do not block or park on neighbor's property. Please text auction manager 30 minutes prior to arrival when picking up your items and If you are picking up more than 6 items or very large items please kindly text us which day you plan to come and what time window. For very large bulky items we may make a special exception for a specified pick-up time. To be determined after auction goes off. and you know what items/lots you have won.
