We also request you text us 30 minutes prior to arrival. Items on this location are on two floors. Please bring enough muscle power and appropriate vehicles to pick up your treasures. Shipping is available on certain items, please check with auction manager prior to bidding. If you are bidding on very large furniture items or rugs and need to make other arrangements with a moving company for pick up, please contact the auction manager prior to bidding to find out what the alternative pick up arrangements' options are for this auction.
