Winning Bidder for Architectural House Parts - C2C will work with you on a 3 week time line for removal of any house parts. You are ultimately responsible to remove the items, but we have a 3 week time frame for this.

There is no shipping available on this auction.

The auction pick-up date is April 10, 2026 from 11am to 2pm. There are 2 pick up locations - they are within 3 minutes of each other - The details will be on your winning email.

IMPORTANT: Before you bid on an item, please note the buyer is responsible for picking up their winning item on the specified day/time. Buyers must bring help to move heavy items and packing materials for smalls.

*****If you are the winning bidder for any structural piece of the house (windows, doors, cabinets, flooring, tiles, lighting) C2C will work with you so that any parts of the house to be removed can be done within 3 weeks time. Winning bidder is responsible for the removal of all items.
