• We respect, value and invite dealers to our sales. For tax-free purchases, dealers must present a valid resaleale certificate. Even if we know you, we need this information for our records. No certificate means that you must pay tax. Thank you for your understanding.

• We will provide a sign-up sheet the morning of the sale at 9am. We will honor an ATTENDED PRE-LIST if created fairly, and every name/person on the list is present and waiting. No dropping lists the night before and leaving, such lists will be discarded.
• Be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways, and do not park in neighbor's yards.
