By attending or participating in the AAG Estate Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Methods
We accept all major forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

All Sales Are Final
All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is.” There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Item Descriptions
While we strive for accuracy, item descriptions, measurements, and conditions are provided to the best of our knowledge and are not guaranteed. We encourage buyers to ask questions or view items in person prior to purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping upon request. All shipping costs, insurance, and packaging fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Anacostia Art Gallery is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Shipping arrangements must be confirmed within 48 hours of purchase.

Pickup & Removal of Items
Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer or their authorized representative within the time frame communicated. Items not collected within the agreed-upon window may be considered forfeited without refund.

Liability Waiver
Anacostia Art Gallery and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the estate sale or the handling, transport, or use of purchased items. Visitors enter the premises at their own risk.

Hold Harmless Agreement
Buyers agree to hold Anacostia Art Gallery, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the sale or from items purchased.

Conduct & Etiquette
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner. Please be respectful of other attendees, staff, and the property.

Sale Duration & Item Availability
Estate sale inventory is limited and subject to change without notice. Items may be sold prior to or during the event and availability is not guaranteed.
