Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Entrusted Estate Sale Associates Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our estate sales and the services we provide. By attending an estate sale, purchasing an item, or engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Estate Sale Policies
2.1 All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
2.2 Item Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe items; however, we are not responsible for errors in descriptions, authenticity, or condition.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchase.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment (as specified per sale).
A processing fee may apply to all electronic transactions.
2.4 Pricing and Discounts
Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts, if any, may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.
To better serve our clients, Entrusted Estate Sale Associates reserves the right to sell items prior to scheduled sale days. Pictured items may not be available at the time of sale.
3. Liability and Safety
Attendees enter the sale premises at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen personal belongings.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Large bags, backpacks, and outside food or drinks may be prohibited at the sale location.
4. Pickup and Removal
4.1 Item Pickup
All purchased items must be removed by the buyer before the sale's designated closing time unless special arrangements are made.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own moving/lifting assistance. We do not provide moving services.
4.2 Abandoned Items
Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be considered abandoned, and the Company reserves the right to resell or dispose of them.
5. Conduct and Fair Practices
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
-Disruptive conduct
-Attempting to steal, alter, or hide items
-Harassment of staff or other attendees
No unauthorized buying, selling, or soliciting is allowed on the premises.
6. Privacy Policy
By attending our sales, you consent to any photos or videos taken for promotional purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information collected through our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
