Shipping Terms
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping arrangements and expenses are solely the responsibility of the buyer. In the interest of protecting our clients, KOO Gallery Auction requires full insurance coverage for all jewelry shipments and a written authorization (SHIPPING RELEASE FORM) from the buyer if someone other than the person named on the invoice will be picking up the purchased item(s).

KOO Gallery Auction assumes no responsibility for any actions or omissions of third-party shipping vendors. We will not be liable in any way once the items have left our premises. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of your items.

Please Note: All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction date. A storage fee of $10 per item per day will apply beyond this period unless prior arrangements are made?no exceptions. If items are not picked up within 45 days, we reserve the right to resell them without notice unless previous arrangements have been made.

Please be aware: Any lots containing ivory, coral, shell, certain hardwoods, or feathers may require permits from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service before they can be legally exported. KOO Gallery Auction is not responsible for obtaining such permissions, nor are we liable for any government seizure or fines that may result from non-compliance.

All items are sold ?AS IS?, with no returns or exchanges. Many items offered are of significant age and will show signs of wear, use, or damage that may not be fully detailed in the catalog. The absence of condition notes does not imply that the item is in perfect condition. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or their representative to inspect and determine the condition of the item(s) before bidding.

No employee or agent of KOO Gallery Auction is authorized to make guarantees or warranties, verbal or written, on behalf of the company or the consignor. If the bidder or their agent has not personally examined the item(s) to their satisfaction prior to the auction, KOO Gallery Auction recommends not placing a bid.

All dimensions provided are approximate. The condition of frames is not guaranteed.

Descriptions and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and reflect only our opinion. They should not be interpreted as statements of fact. KOO Gallery Auction accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions. The lack of a condition statement does not imply that an item is free from age-related wear, imperfections, or other signs of use.

All lots listed in this catalog are offered by KOO Gallery Auction, either as owner or as agent for the consignor(s), under these terms and conditions. By participating in the auction, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
