The list will be at the property at 9:00 am. The address will be released at 9:00 a.m. The Doors open at 10:00 a.m. If you want to know a general area where you should go to be close to the home, subscribe to our mailing list. Only subscribers will get an address nearby. Go to www.BBestatesalesNJ.com, scroll to the bottom, and click on subscribe. After putting your name on the list, you can go grab breakfast or go home. Please return in time for the lineup, or you will be skipped.

Due to the size of the home, we will limit the number of people allowed to 20 at one time. This is for your safety, our safety, and the safety of others.

Cash, Card, and Venmo are accepted. A 3% fee is added for all card purchases.

No Handbags, Purses, Fanny packs, or Book bags are allowed in this sale. Unfortunately, multiple people have placed items in these bags and tried leaving without paying. These are the rules. If you wish not to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close. We reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags upon exit.

Pre-sales are only authorized on furniture. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be picked up before the sale.

Please bring help to load large items.

We do not allow private sales or tours before the sale; please do not call and ask.
