* PARKING: On-street parking is available. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Do not block driveways, park near stop signs, etc. use other nearby streets if needed.
* BRING HELP: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.
* PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "AS IS SALES": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* SAFETY: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* NO FOOD OR DRINKS: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
* PRICING: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
