We accept cash and credit/debit card payments (3% charge for card payments), and we are required to charge sales tax.
No large bags or purses are allowed in, but we do provide shopping baskets for your convenience.
You must bring help to load large items. All items must be picked up by 1 pm of the final sale day.
Second Bloom Estate Sales not the homeowner are responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while on the property.
Prices are FIRM on the first day. Each day following the first, the items will be at discounted rates.
Per the homeowners request, bathrooms will not be available to the public.
For safety issues, we will only allow 20 customers in the house at one time. Thank you for your understanding.
