ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor. Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase. Buyer holds harmless and also acknowledges that The Ross Art Group, Inc and their employees have not made any representations upon which Buyer is relying. Absentee and online bids are accepted. The Ross Art Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. A note about reserves: Most lots in our sale have a minimum reserve selling price, which is usually higher than the starting bid. If you'd like to place an absentee bid, we recommend making it above the starting bid amount. Provided your absentee bid meets our reserve, and there are no higher bidders, you will win the lot.
