Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
