Exceptions may be made for serious, qualifying offers. We accept cash and credit/debit cards only. No personal checks will be accepted. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases, as required by state law. Resellers must present a valid resale certificate with a legible registration number and photo ID.

You are responsible for moving, lifting, and loading your purchases. All items must be removed by the end of the final sale day.

Entry to the sale and property is at your own risk. Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage or injuries occurring on or around the premises. By entering, you agree to abide by all posted rules and may be photographed or filmed. No large bags, totes, backpacks, or strollers allowed inside. No public restrooms are available—please plan ahead.
