Additional parking is permitted in spots that do not have a unit number on the parking bumper. We do allow presale on items and the prices stated will be at the listed price, no discounts. Please note, parking is limited, the best spots for parking will be by the pool area. This is a townhouse so please arrange for help if you are interested in any of those pieces.
