2. Not Responsible for Accidents – Sellers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during the sale.
3. Cash and Debit Accepted – Payment can be made via cash or debit cards (list other payment methods if applicable).
4. No Large Bags or Purses Allowed – To prevent theft, large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are not permitted.
5. All Sales Are Final – No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
6. No Early Birds – Please respect the listed sale hours.
7. Bring Your Own Packing Materials – Please bring your own boxes and packing supplies for fragile items.
8. Items Must Be Paid for Before They Are Removed – Buyers must pay before picking up purchased items.
