I do not do pricings till the week of the sale. Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for accidents, We accept Cash , Venmo and Zelle. All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.

I do not do pricings till the week of the sale. Nice home with lots of Artwork, some framed and some unframed. Recognized artists with some of the paintings having COA's with them. There is also quite a large assortment of framing material as the owner previously owned a framing store. We would sell the frames by the piece or we would be interested if someone wanted to make an odder on the entire lot. There is a nice dining room set, lanai furniture, living room furniture, kitchenware, collectibles and more. There is also a 2007 Dodge Caravan with approximately 108,000 miles. It is fairly clean inside and out and was actually owned and driven by a little older lady, well maintained. Some minor scratches but no major damage.
