Estate Sale Terms and Conditions

This Estae Sale is held in a gated community. Please message us for the gate code to enter the property.

By entering the premises and participating in this estate sale, all buyers, visitors, and attendees agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Your presence at this sale signifies your acceptance of these terms.
* All Sales Are Final: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items thoroughly before purchase.

Pricing: All prices are as marked. Prices are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated by sale staff.

Payment:
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash or Card (With ID)
All purchases must be paid for in full before items are removed from the premises.
A processing fee of 3% may be added to all credit card transactions
Sales tax will be collected as required by Florida law unless a valid reseller's certificate is presented

Removal of Purchased Items:
All purchased items must be removed from the premises by June 14th 2025 at 1 PM OR by the end of the sale day on which they were purchased.
Buyers are responsible for the safe and timely removal of their purchases. Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and assistance for loading large or heavy items. Sale staff are generally unable to assist with loading.
Any items not removed by the specified time will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the estate, with no refund issued.
The estate/sale organizers are not responsible for items once they have been purchased and removed from their original location within the sale.

Safety and Liability:
Entry to the property is at your own risk. The estate, its representatives, and the sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property occurring on the premises.
Please be mindful of your surroundings, steps, uneven surfaces, and fragile items.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Theft and Shoplifting: Shoplifting or theft will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Security measures may be in place.
Reserves/Previously Sold Items: Occasionally, items may have a "reserve" price or may have been sold prior to the official opening of the sale. We strive to mark these items clearly.
Restrooms: Restrooms are generally not available for public use during estate sales.
Parking: Please park courteously and legally, respecting neighbors' driveways and property. Do not block traffic.
Sale Organizers' Discretion: The sale organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. They also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Damage to Property: Buyers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the premises or items not yet purchased.
There will be a signup sheet available the night before the sale at 4PM for those interested in arriving early.
