Street parking is allowed on one side of the street only. Please observe all posted parking signs. Understand that you will be ticketed if your vehicle obstructs the passage of emergency vehicles along the street. Please be respectful of the neighborhood.

This Baby Boomers Estate Sale is located in the community of On Top Of The World. This is a ground floor unit. No directional signs are allowed in the community. Best way to find us is by plugging in the sale address into your GPS. The address is 2410 Franciscan Dr Unit 18. Clearwater, FL. 33763. Once at the building please park in any visitor parking space. That space will be marked on the curb with the letter V.
