Condition
All lots are sold as described and photographed.
Many of our pieces are handcrafted using traditional methods. Minor variations in wood grain, finish, hand carving, marble veining, or other natural characteristics are part of the craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs carefully and ask any questions before bidding.
Returns
All auction sales are final.
If an item arrives with shipping damage or is materially different from its description, the buyer must notify MALuxury Furniture within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging.
Each claim will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange:
Professional repair,
Replacement (when available), or
Refund.
Storage
Items should be paid for promptly and shipping arrangements made within 14 days after the auction.
Storage fees may apply to items left beyond this period unless prior arrangements have been made.
Bidder Responsibility
By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Winning bidders enter into a legally binding purchase agreement and are responsible for completing payment within the stated timeframe.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the sale and reporting through LiveAuctioneers in accordance with platform policies.

AVAILABILITY, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS & LEAD TIMES
This auction may include both in-stock items available for immediate shipment and made-to-order or incoming items that require additional production and/or delivery lead time.

The availability status of each lot will be disclosed in the individual lot description. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the lot description and stated availability before placing a bid.

IN-STOCK / AVAILABLE NOW:
Lots identified as "In Stock," "Available Now," or similar are currently available and may be scheduled for pickup or delivery after full payment has cleared.

MADE TO ORDER / LEAD TIME REQUIRED:
Lots identified as "Made to Order," "Special Order," "Production Required," or "Lead Time Required" are not available for immediate delivery. These pieces may require production, finishing, international transportation, customs clearance, and domestic delivery before reaching the buyer.

Any production, arrival, or delivery timeframe provided is a good-faith estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to production schedules, material availability, ocean freight schedules, customs inspections or clearance, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond MALuxury Furniture's reasonable control.

By bidding on a lot identified as requiring lead time, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the stated estimated timeframe and understands that the item will not be immediately available after the auction.

Made-to-order, special-order, or production-required purchases are final once production has commenced and may not be canceled solely because of reasonable production, transportation, customs, or delivery delays.

MALuxury Furniture will provide reasonable updates regarding production and shipment status upon request. "
