By entering and shopping at any sale hosted by A Step Above Estate Sale Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Fees

We accept Cash or Credit/Debit Cards.

A 6.5% sales tax will be applied to all purchases.

Shopping Guidelines

No bags, purses, or large totes are allowed inside the sale.
A basket will be provided for carrying your wallet and any items for purchase.

Holding shelves are available near the checkout area to place items while you shop. Items placed here are not held indefinitely—please finalize purchases in a timely manner.

Item Pick-Up

Please bring your own help for loading large or heavy items.

While our staff may assist if available, they are not required to help with loading.

All Sales Are Final

Please inspect and test all items before purchase. All items are sold as-is, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

A Step Above Estate Sale Solutions is not responsible for items after purchase.
