Terms

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Local pickup is not available. Additionally, the buyer is liable for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with items originating from outside their home country. For buyers outside of the Continental United States, we can provide introductions to global parcel or white glove shipping partners upon request.

All items are guaranteed to be as described.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, with payment made in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to retain merchandise until the funds have cleared.

We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, or personal and business checks. However, for governmental institutions, we will receive a purchase order. Please note that if a personal or business check is used, we must wait for the funds to clear (typically seven days) before shipping the item.


Upon request, we may assist in packaging and arranging delivery. In such cases, the buyer acknowledges that all packaging, handling, and shipping are at the buyer's risk, and we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage during transit. Additionally, the buyer must pay all packaging, labor, materials, carrier fees, and insurance costs in advance. Please arrange collection or delivery at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. We are not responsible for securing permits or licenses, and sales will not be canceled or refunded due to non-compliance with permitting and licensing requirements.

All sales are final, and no cancellations will be made due to shipping issues.
