Please be courteous to our staff, fellow shoppers, the home, and the surrounding neighborhood.

SHOPPING & PURCHASE POLICIES
Please do not remove price tags, switch tags, or move sold tags.
Items may not be held without staff approval.
An item is not considered sold until it has been paid for.
Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
Do not enter any room, closet, cabinet, or area marked “Not for Sale,” “Staff Only,” or otherwise restricted.
Children must remain with and be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, neighboring properties, or roadways when parking.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted.
Please note that card transactions may require identification.
All merchandise must be paid for before it is removed from the property.

FURNITURE & LARGE-ITEM REMOVAL
Caring Transitions staff members are not available to load furniture or other large or heavy items.

PLEASE BRING:
Your own helpers and loaders
Appropriate tools
Dollies, straps, blankets, or other moving equipment
A vehicle large enough to safely transport your purchases

All purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline unless other arrangements are approved by Caring Transitions staff.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused while removing their purchases from the home or property.

PACKING MATERIALS
We will have only limited packaging materials available for fragile purchases. Please bring your own boxes, bags, paper, bubble wrap, and other packing supplies.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Caring Transitions of Dothan, its employees, representatives, and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to persons, vehicles, or personal property while attending the sale or removing purchased items.

Please use caution throughout the home, yard, driveway, walkways, and parking areas.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.

Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and confirming measurements, condition, completeness, and functionality before purchasing.
