• Florida sales tax applies (resale certificate required at time of purchase to waive).
• Large items: you must bring your own help, tools, blankets, straps, and vehicle. Staff cannot lift or load furniture, appliances, lockers, or mattresses.
• Purchases must be paid for and removed the same day unless we write a pickup time on your receipt.
• Do not block the driveway. Loading only — keep emergency access open.
• We are not responsible for injury, theft, or damage on the property. Watch steps, floors, and doorways.
• Respect the home. Put items back if you pass. Red tape / NFS tags = not for sale.
• We may refuse service or remove anyone who is rude, unsafe, or holding items they do not intend to buy.
