-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

“Brown” Estate Sale
He owns Baysic Furniture in Freeport! This is his estate sale!
This is a great sale to do some picking! There is no telling what you’ll find. We have pulled out what we can, but hidden treasures could be here!
Anything to do with wood working can be found here, including pre-cut furniture patterns. Any kind of tool you could think of, including Antique tools of all kinds! There is a John Deere riding lawn mower and a zero turn with only 320 hours! Pressure washers, saws, drills, smoker, shelves, wire, nuts/bolts, cast iron sinks, tin, trailer, Antique items, couch, coffee table, washer/dryer, Christmas, inset iron stove, shop tables and way too much more! Huge collection of sports cards, including autographed memorabilia!! Also, big pile of lighter knot! Bring those trailers!!
This is a must come to sale! A lot of items will be priced, but we will be negotiating due to the amount of individual tools and items! Come on out and have some fun pickin! It’s going to be fun!
No vehicles allowed in property, unless picking up larger items or many items. You are welcome to bring wagons and shopping bags, but no purses please! There is parking around the property at various places. It’s up to you to park. Be careful and cautious please!
