-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

July 10, 11 and 12 from 9-2pm!
As with most of our sales, you don’t want to miss this one!! 4 bedroom home with a sunroom, outdoor building and garage!!
Everyone knows I like to let my pictures tell you what’s there. I try with words, but check those pics out!
This beautiful, smoke-free home has a little of everything. Men and women will find things at this sale!
There’s beautiful furniture, a doll themed room with rare, German made Antique dolls, vintage Barbies, a doll house and other unique items. There is a computer room with computer desks, computers, monitors, shredders, cd burners, blank discs, towers, notepads and even some knic-knacks. Another room has some interesting items, including a day bed, crafts, fabrics, dolls and other knic-knacs.
I can’t even get to the master, the utility room and the kitchen because the garage, sunroom and shed out back have too much!!
In the sunroom, you’ll find white wicker furniture, dvds, VHS, dvd/VHS players and vintage fishing reels galore!
Moving into the garage you’ll find tools, vintage fishing lures, fishing equipment, fishing tackle, shelving, freezer, fridge and much more! The outdoor shed contains many outdoor items including tools, cleaners, trimmers, pots, garden equipment and more! There’s even a little pull behind trailer and a carport awning.
As always, larger items can be sold pre-sale, so message or call if you’re interested in a larger item. There will a table at the drive way with signs. Please be respectful of the neighbors and community. Bring help to load your items!! We accept all forms of payment except personal check.
