*Please note: All items will be discounted as described above with the following exceptions:
1. The glider chairs with matching ottomans, the fine china, and the Pfaltzgraff everyday china will remain at 50% discount the entire day.
2. The queen-size bed, painted 8-drawer dresser (which needs a mirror), and matching nightstand belong to a friend and are separate from the estate sale. They are not subject to any of the discounts, although you can make an offer. See pictures for reference.
All other items will be discounted as described above.
First come, first served. We do not offer any warranty. All sales are final, and items are sold “as is.”

The property owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please take care as you move throughout the home, and please be respectful of the property.

All items purchased must be removed from the property by the end of the sale on Sunday at 5:00 pm.
