Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids.
All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Item Removal: This is a cash-and carry auction. All purchases must be paid for in full and removed by the end of the auction. No exceptions and no layaway available.
Packing & Handling: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for fragile or large items.
Failure to Remove Items: Any items not removed by the end of the auction may be forfeited.

Join us this Monday February at 6:30 PM at the Phi Delta Kappa Banquet Hall , Greenacres for an exciting evening filled with incredible finds and a lively auction experience.
Preview will be available one hour prior to the auction, giving you the opportunity to view items before bidding begins.
Please take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions, as there have been a few updates.
We will do our best to provide photos of auction items; however, if available, they will be posted Monday afternoon. If photos are not posted, we encourage you to still attend. There will be a fantastic selection of items you won't want to miss.
