ECES ~ Gulf Breeze 1 Day "Clark" Estate Sale!

Hi Folks...  Welcome to our First Sale of 2025!!  This sale will be held at 4121 SOUNDPOINTE DRIVE, GULF BREEZE, FL  32563 on SATURDAY, January 4th from 8am to 4pm. They have some great Antiques, unique pieces from around the world and more. 

We will be Pre-Selling this year.  Here is the breakdown:

**As of 01/01/25, we will be doing PRE-SALES.
**In order for an item to be Pre-Sold, the items must be priced $75 or more.
**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items under the limit, please shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.

**All Sales are final and all items are AS IS.
