Accepted Payments:
�� Cash, CashApp, Venmo & Zelle accepted.
�� No personal or business checks.

General Policies:
All Sales Final. All items are sold “as is, where is.” No refunds or exchanges.
Prices are based on condition; discounts may apply as marked.
Please check your items before paying.

Safety & Accessibility:
⚠️ We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.
Please use the handrail—the stairwell is steep.
�� No wheelchairs or strollers inside the home.
We do not recommend this sale for children due to the fragile items.
If you bring children, you must carry them or hold their hands at all times.
You are responsible for any damages caused by your child.

Loading & Pickup:
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchases.
Bring help to carry and load—we cannot assist due to insurance restrictions.
If needed, a later pickup date can be arranged for large items or truck rentals.
Our staff may assist with loading if available and tipped appropriately.

Bags, Boxes & Packing Materials:
We offer bags and wrap while supplies last.

Please bring your own boxes and packing materials, as our supply is limited.

Due to increased theft, large bags are not permitted.

No baby strollers, please.
