**On Sale Days Email's, Phone Calls and Texts will be answered when time permits ** We do not give out prices before the sale.

**Big, heavy and or bulky items will have a lime green tag bring this up to the register to purchase item, we will in turn put up a bright pink tag that says SOLD I'm going home with ...

· You are invited to this event at your own risk. All properties have uneven surfaces, the homeowner and Flamboyance Estate Sales Specialists, LLC and it’s agents are not responsible for any injuries of any kind occurring on or around the property.

· Removal of items; We do not lift, load or carry. We will do the best we can to help during the checkout process. Bring your own movers to help and tools if needed. All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the last day of the sale, these arrangements must be made in advance.

· Pricing is FIRM the first day of the sale, but please don’t be afraid to make offers on high ticket items and bid when appropriate. Make offer at the front register of every sale. Offer must be more than half of ticketed price.

· Dealers please bring your tax exempt form. Before the Sale you can email form to FlamboyanceEstateSales@gmail.com, we will keep on file.

· Cash, Card or Apple Pay

· We reserve the right to refuse service and entry into this private property.

· All government mandates will be enforced per CDC Guidelines.

· Face masks are optional, social distancing is a must and we do have Lysol, hand sanitizer and a hand washing station.

· We reserve the right to take touchless temperature at the door with refusal of entry.

· We reserve the right to limit the amount of customers into a home when necessary.

· We reserve the right to enforce a dress code which includes masks over nose and mouth.

· ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold “AS IS”, "Where Is" with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully.

· You are entering the sale knowing you may be recorded; security cameras may be recording you, pictures and video taken at sales are the property of FESS and might be used in present or future marketing, promotions or advertising.

· Bathrooms are not available during the course of our sales.

· We do our best to make this the best possible sale for everyone, all pictures are of the current estate sale home, on pre-sales we will do our best to mark the items that were sold.. sometimes we might miss a few.
