By registering for the auction, you agree to the terms set below
All merchandise at auction is sold strictly AS IS & WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. Please inspect items thoroughly before bidding. Once the "gavel drops" or the auctioneer says "sold" the item changes hands and your bid is a legal and binding contract.
All merchandise must be paid in full on the day of the auction by CASH or CREDIT CARD. We do not accept checks. No merchandise will be removed from the building until your invoice is paid in full.
A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the hammer price. Sales tax of 7.5% will also be added unless you have a current Florida resale certificate.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. The auctioneer's decisions will be final and binding.
Lots are sold “as is where is” with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Lots containing multiple items will not be split. The winning bidder takes ownership of the ownership of the entire lot upon payment.
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PERSONAL UPS ACCOUNT OF THE WINNING BIDDER WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. If arrangements have not been made and completed during this time period, ownership of the lot reverts back to Ortega Trading Company.
All merchandise purchased must be removed no later than 24 hours after auction completion unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
