I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

This is a great little sale. The star of the show is the golf cart. Client has a reserve pricing on it at $7,500.00. It is available for pre-sale with appointment. Should you want an appointment, please call Betsy @ 321-537-5129. The only other reserve item is the large brown lift chair. It is brand new and the owner is hoping to get $750.00 for that. As always, we will entertain written offers on any item to reviewed after the close of business the last day of the sale if the items is still there or unless we have already sold it at full price.

There is a great wood and metal dinning room table with two leaves and 6 chairs. There is another lift chair presented but isn't as expensive as the brown one. There is a great gently loved red leather chair with ottoman. It needs a home because it is super cool. A good selection of antique pieces including the antique bed. Please see pictures for the rest of the furniture and other pieces offered.
