2. **Payment Timing:** All items must be paid for at the time of sale. No items will be held without payment.
3. **Sales Final:** All sales are final; no returns or refunds will be accepted. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing.
4. **Loading Assistance:** Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load larger items. Staff may assist, but it's advisable to have additional help.
5. **Pickup Requirements:** Larger items must be picked up by Sunday July 27th by 11AM. NO EXCEPTIONS
6. **No Holds:** Items cannot be held for later pickup without payment.
7. **Liability:** We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
8. **Entry and Conduct:** Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and follow any posted rules. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone. NO EARLY BIRDS. DOORS OPEN AT 9AM. NO EXCEPTIONS
