1. Cash preferred, credit cards accepted (buyer will pay fees), CashApp, Venmo accepted.
2. Bring a truck or transportation, and help with loading purchased items, estate hosts will not help with lifting or loading.
3. Shop at your own risk, not responsible for any accidents.
4. All attendees must agree to be respectful to estate hosts and other shopper.
5. All purchased and paid for items must be picked up at time of purchase unless otherwise coordinated with sale host.
6. All purchased and paid for items must be picked up from the sale NO LATER THAN 1 PM on the last day of the sale.
7. All prices are as marked until Saturday at 12:00 PM on Deal Day when prices will be negotiable.
8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds will be issued.
9. All items are sold AS IS, AS FOUND.
10. NO VIDEO ON SITE, no acceptations. No filming without express, written permission from estate sale host.
