All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or credits.

All merchandise and store contents are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF THEIR PURCHASES. Please bring your own help to move, carry and load furniture, rugs, fixtures, displays and other large or heavy items. Sale staff will not be available to assist with moving or loading.

BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS. Many store fixtures, lighting, shelving, racks, displays and decorative elements may require disassembly or removal. Buyers purchasing these items must bring the appropriate tools and assistance necessary for removal.

For items that require significant disassembly or removal, arrangements may be made for pickup at an agreed-upon time so removal does not interfere with the sale.

Please do not remove, disconnect, dismantle or uninstall any fixture or attached item without first receiving permission from sale staff.

Purchasers are responsible for any damage they cause to the premises while removing their purchases.

All purchased items must be removed within the timeframe agreed upon with sale staff. Items will not be held without payment.

Please supervise children carefully. The shop contains furniture, fixtures, glass, displays and other items that may be fragile or heavy.

Trashé Vintage, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage occurring on the premises or during the removal or transportation of purchased items.
